A lot of people travel for a lot of different reasons. There is no harm in having a little fun or a lot of fun while doing the same. I travel sometimes, just for the journey or to find peace and that is fine too. If you are out to have some fun, this blog is perfect for you.
India is not the country that anyone can holiday once and cross off from your list. After the first visit it becomes a longing and after the second, a ritual! It is a country with unlimited chances and charmingly overwhelming activities to have fun and entertainment that even the most frequent travelers can make the best of their trips. The country allows you to indulge in many spectacular water, air and land activities.
Here is a list of Must-do activities that you definitely should not miss if you are vising these places.
1. River Rafting in Rishikesh:
Rishikesh is a land of wonders. There are a lot of things that you can try at Rishikesh and I can assure you that you will not go back home disappointed. Going to Rishikesh and not trying River Rafting is like going to Domino's and not ordering pizza. What's the point?

2. Parasailing in Goa:
Yea, you can go to Goa just to chill on the beach and do nothing. But how often do you get to fly above the ocean (please ignore flying in planes). Parasailing is one such experiences that you've definitely got to try when you're at Goa. Make sure to get packages and bargain you're heart out and if you're rich, don't. But you'll definetly end up with a sweet deal and not to mention look at the world and find the peace above everyone else!
3. Paragliding in Nainital :
The rush you feel right before taking off and the calmness that follows once you do is an experience worth cherishing. Embrace the lightness and try to make your brain encapsulate what you can see. Trust me, it's better than the movies!
4. Kayaking in Waynad:
Not all of us are rowers and for those of us who aren't Kayaking gives us the opportunity to be one. Being surrounded by lush green trees on all sides and the chance to relax and enjoy the beauty of it all is the best plausibility that Waynad can offer. Oh! you're so not going to regret it.
5: Boating in Ooty
Apart from the obvious choice to go sight seeing in this beautiful hill station, Ooty has other things to offer and one of them is a chance to boat. Just to sit back and relax and enjoy the view and occasionally close your eyes and feel the weather is a leisure that everyone relish. If you want to have a little fun with it, just take the oar from the rower and feel like a boss!
6. Scuba Diving in Goa:
It's no Bahama experience. But if you are new to scuba diving and want to experience once before the big thing, Goa is the way to go. You will be taken to a small island near the beach and be provided instructions. Just seeing the tiny fishes and the coral reefs are enough to leave you awestruck with the fascinating things that exist under water.
It's definitely a must try!
7. Cliff Jumping in Rishikesh:
Cliff jumping in Rishikesh comes as a package with the river rafting. However, if you don't want to river raft ( seriously, why?), you can do this activity separately. Believe me, as easy as it might look, it's not for the faint hearted. You'll be diving into the enormous rushing river without any safety harness whatsoever.
8. Zip lining in Rajasthan:
Zip-lining at resorts can be fun. But imagine doing the same with a terrific view, several feet above and for a longer distance! Rajasthan is not just about it's palaces, it's much more than that! So if you ever get a chance to go to Rajasthan, this is something that you should definitely try!
9. Deep Sea Diving in Goa:
Apart from flying above the sea, how cool would it be if you just get to chill IN it!? Deep sea diving is all about that. You're just taken towards the middle of the sea and stranded there. To feel the ups and downs of the wave, the warmth of the sun on your face and the calmness that takes over your body as you float there feeling every inch of the experience is definitely a hard miss!
9. Water Bike Riding in Goa
Apologies for the bad picture quality.
We were just busy having too much fun! But seriously, don't let the picture deceive you. It is much more fun than it looks. There are two options. Option 1: The man gets you take you for a ride in the water scooter. Option 2: You get to ride it for a slightly higher price. Now if you're a pro at riding those things, they'll probably manage to enjoy. Otherwise its going to be an epic fail and you'll probably topple over and fall. Now if the man takes you, he'll ride it extremely rashly ( which is fun) and somehow manages to not fall. Chose wisely!
10. Wrap a big sneak around your neck in Manali:
Oh My God! *CRINGE*
I was 14 when this picture was taken. But see what a bad-ass I was! Manali is a place of wonders and there are a million things that you can do there. Wrapping a snake around your neck is one of them. Apart from the treks and the rides, try the horse rides to the hill top and put a snake around you!
